Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Transit time is typically 4 to 9 business days, for a total delivery time of 6 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed.

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), U.S. Territories, or international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@beverlyporter.com. We may request photos to verify the issue, after which we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
